The grounds: Overall were very clean, and nice. Needs some landscaping done, and maybe some lighting at the entrance to make it a little easier to find those (If it's allowed).
The air conditioning units work well but are a bit loud.
Room was clean, and updated, bathrooms were nicely done up, and clean.
Beds were comfortable, and that's the main reason we stay at a hotel. Not a new hotel, and could use some upkeep, but room was clean and staff was very helpful (especially when our keys wouldn't work!). A good place to stay, and the price was much better than the newer places in town.
Overall:
A really nice hotel to stay at. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
We were concerned with the safety features (the upper latch was broken & the doorplate & deadbolt were not aligned thus it would not latch) that were not working in room 225. When we decided to stay another night, the staff was helpful in accommodating us in another room.
Issues:
I was met with friendly service. Room was clean and roomy. My AC was a little loud thou. But I would definitely stay there again
We stayed for 5 days. Not once were we asked to have our room cleaned. The tub was absolutely disgusting with clumps of hair everywhere. When they did finally clean our room they put a towel in that looked like someone vomitted on it with the clean towels. The person next door would purposely knock on the wall and make my dog bark then call and complain. After i told the manager what was going on he made en excuse. There were also people upstairs who would stomp around really loud but manger said no one was there. Bs. Will never stay here again. No breakfast not even shampoo or conditioner. We will be spending the rest of our stay in a different motel.
We've enjoyed the hotel for it's convenience & value but it could use some TLC.
The room: Was really nice, even compared to other hotels I have stayed at (More expensive one's). The issue I had was the door safety latch was broken off at the door, and hadn't been replaced.
