Every appliance in my house is from Gifford's. I have always received competitive pricing with good customer service. Anytime I have had one of the appliances I bought from them need a repair, they brought a loaner for me to use while the repairs were being done.
I am very pleased with the service I received. The service man was here within two hours and we're located 36 miles from Stephenville. He repaired my washer quickly, charged a reasonable service fee ($81.13) and didn't charge for mileage or travel time.
We bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Gifford's and will buy other appliances from them as needed.
Well, frankly I was a little surprised. Between reading mixed reviews and word of mouth, I reluctantly asked for service on ice maker and just over 1 year old washer, just out of warranty. Paid a reasonable service call for ice maker. Serviceman returned with the part for the washer, said they would "try" to get it covered under warranty. They did! Admittedly, they are a little steep, but will bargain some on hi-dollar items and, at least THIS time, service was great!
