As I often do business here, I am familiar with workers and vice versa. Came to store to pick up Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and some Nintendo codes, but my toddler had fallen asleep in the car. The assosciate was kind enough to run product to car, in effect, preventing a great catastrophe (hysterical toddler.) Solid play. Made a fan and customer for life.
