Excellent! The staff is very friendly and they always call and remind me of my appointment! My dog never fails to look fabulous too!

Very disappointed, stressed to keep the hair in front of his eyes when making the appointment for a reason. Because it covers his eyes naturally it is suppose to be there to protect them. When I got there they seemed like they knew what they were doing, so I asked if they could TRIM the hair on his (head) to clean it up a Little.. When I picked up my dog all around his eyes, up his nose and to his forehead was SHAVED... it just looks terrible. I smiled and pretended everything was okay but honestly my dog could possibly go blind and he looks awful.
Did a great job! Will be using them again!!
