We purchased two houses in Stephenville and were furnished with Homeowner Warranties on them. When we had some plumbing problems, in both houses, the warranty companies sent out Mabry Plumbing to address the problems. They were prompt, professional, and got the problems fixed. Because of that good experience, when we decided to change out the toilets and fixtures in one house, we called Mabry Plumbing. Again, they were first rate in their service and were very reasonable in their pricing. We could not be more pleased and recommend them highly.
Not only is Mabry Plumbing my go to Plumber, but he is also my neighbor! He has replaced two hot water tanks for us over the years and helped with other plumbing issues. Always, prompt, courteous, and affordable.
Do not use this company under any circumstances. I am completely unsatisfied with the work that they did on my apartment. They left their workspace trashed when they were done. They had stuff tracked from the front door of my apartment, down the hall and to the bathroom. Left METAL SHAVINGS all over the bathroom floor, toilet, sink, and shower. A chunk of metal that was about 6 inches long and 2 inches wide along with little chunks of wood INSIDE of the toilet bowl. I also had to trash some of the things in my bathroom that got ruined (i.e. Bathroom rug, brand new roll of toilet paper, and my toilet bowl scrubber). I wish I could post pictures of the way they left my apartment with this post, it was completely trashed.
Our home warranty company dispatched this company for a water heater problem. I never heard from them and when I called the guy said he would try to work me in. He was not able to do so. he asked me for the water heater information. He said he would contact the warranty company without coming to our house. He said this would speed things up. He never sent a report to the warranty company then lied to me about doing that. I called the warranty company and they reported that they had no contact from them. I tried to call the plumber and he would not return my call. I have been without a water heater for 9 days and it looks like I might have to replace it myself. Do not use this company ever.
