Absolutely horrible service if that is what it was. Uneducated kids!! They ruined my wedding dress!!! It still had spots, some dirt was in the bag and got on my dress when I thought it was on the outside! There is discoloration on an ivory dress!!! They put safety pins through the entire material to hang it!!! They never called to tell me it was supposedly ready, still wanted $20 when I should be asking for $125 to replace my dress and then some!!! I do not recommend that anyone takes their items here because the kids are the only ones working there and have no clue!!! I didn't even get an apology , the kid just stood there and ripped the tag off!! Thankfully I am not violent like a lot of brides because most others would have been!
I took my clothes to Texan Cleaners for many years and didn't fully realize how great they were until I moved. Their staff was always friendly and courteous, items dropped off in the morning were always ready in the afternoon, and they knew how to starch a pair of jeans! I appreciate Ryan answering questions from a former customer and current "out-of-towner" so I will know what to ask to get jeans that'll keep a crease throughout the day.

They did a awful job on everything dropped off to get done and would not give a refund. I would not recommend these cleaners as it is not worth the money.
