Unprofessional insurance office that does not address client needs. Never returns phone calls after numerous attempts. This office is giving Germania Insurance a bad reputation. Do not recommend.
We just bought a new home and we got excellent rates and service from Germania via Patterson Agency. They even gave us a discount when we moved our vehicle over to them! We recently made a claim from a hail storm and they have been very fast and friendly through the entire process.
