Literally the best urgent care I have ever visited (trust me I've been to lots all over the country ) the service and staff are impeccable. The drs are amazing and so helpful and just pleasant people. The nurses are kind and caring and the front desk people are always smiling and have kind words. Nothing about this place is bad or low grade. Love this place.
Friendly staff (receptionist, nurses, doctor... all of them) and super quick service. Was in and out the door in around 45 minutes or less. Definitely wouldn't have been able to get stitches that quickly had we gone anywhere else.
Outstanding care. Walked in and was seen immediately, no waiting at all. The staff were friendly and very quick to treat. Our first visit was at zero cost so that was an even bigger bonus. I hope we won't be needing to come back anytime soon, but this will be where we will go if can't been seen with our doctor.
This was the greatest medical experience of my life. I came in for a minor emergency related to a urinary/kidney infection with A LOT of pain and confusion after 2 weeks of doctors not helping with the issue. As soon as I walked in, in tears with pain, my worries were soothed with a VERY polite receptionist. I was brought back to my room with a nurse who was great as well. All of the staff made me feel at home and like my concerns and my pain were valid. In Stephenville, i have ALWAYS had horrible experience with the medical “professionals” here. This is place completely changed all of that. I will be looking for a doctor as my primary care physician at their family center because they are just amazing. This is seriously the best place to go, and i am from Arlington, Texas. I’ve never even been to a place like this anywhere. If i ever have an emergency related issue again, this is where i will go.
Staff was very friendly and caring. Didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor. Only had to wait on X-ray review. Great place to go for emergencies!!
