My husband and I were greatly disappointed with the quality of service we received from Pure Image in Stephenville, Texas. We purchased laser hair removal. Yes, the price was wonderful but for good reason. After our treatments were over, we noticed that the hair was still there. I have been trying for over a month to get a hold of the office but no one is returning my calls. This may have just been a major, one-time blunder but it was enough to really upset us.

I have been going to the Brownwood office and I am highly impressed with the skills of Dr. Fowler and his staff. They do not try to push services on you and gives much needed advice on a procedure. They do an amazing work. They also explain the procedure in full beforehand. So, that you know you are making the right choice.
Very professional and accomadating as well as much more reasonable priced compared to other larger companies I've personally used. Extremely happy with the results and actual improved the results from the last company I used. They offer a lot of services I did not realize Stephenville had to offer.
