Decatur facility: while the people are nice, the prices for repairs are outrageously high. Over $50 to put some anti flat goo in two tiny front mower tires, $60 to clean contacts on battery. Total bill over $500 for tune up and blades for zero turn. Then 2 weeks later they charged my card without authorization for fees they forgot. Get EVERYTHING in a written quote. A lesson I learned the hard way
Wish I could put a negative star service manager is a complete inconsiderate ass. works on engines but only certain types. Doesn't want to spend time looking for correct parts. Absolutely worthless
