UPDATE: I contacted the florist and told them that I didn't believe that a 33% discount was a fair resolution to me being 100% dissatisfied. The florist responded and offered to remove the charge, which is honorable. For this reason alone, I would use them again should I need to order in the Stephenville area (I live in Dallas area).
I recently placed an order. The people I spoke to on the phone were very nice and pleasant. I was specific in my order, stating which flowers I would like (sunflowers and wildflowers) and did not want (carnations). My order was NOT made according to my request. It had 2 sunflowers, red roses and carnations. When I contacted them, again, they were very nice and acknowledged that the order was not filled according to my requests. They first offered to discount my order by $25, then increased the discount to $50. So, the end result was I paid $100 for a $150 spray that was nowhere near what I ordered. If they acknowledge that they failed to meet my request, and it was their error, why should I still be paying $100? Definitely not satisfied with the experience.
