I showed up for my 4:15 appointment in Hamilton at 3:55. Was informed that the Dr. And his staff had just left. Confirmed with Waco staff that I was on the list and she didn't know why he left. She made an attempt to call him with no success. I could reschedule in Waco ....1 1/2 hours away....and she would defer my copay. No thanks. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I would not recommend the one in Stephenville to anyone. I am not impressed at all! I had a biopsy taken, and even after 2 weeks still no results. I went in to get the stitches out and hopefully learn the results, and did not even get to see the doctor. I have called numerous times and no one ever knows anything. I feel like I have been given the go-around over and over. Now on to get another opinion...
